Who is Beautility: Beautility is an innovating company within the beauty industry offering affordable, stylish and professional beauty cases to suit different beauty needs! We have a selective range of cases to suit your requirements.

How was Beautility established: Owned by previous Nail Technician and avid beauty lover, Beautility founder sourced Smart, Professional, Sassy and stylish cases for the beauty professional to create the Beautility Beauty Case Range.

What Can I use my case for: Absolutley anything you can think of! Customers have written to us to tell us they have used their cases for Beauty, Make-Up, First Aid, Magician props, Aromatherapy, Nail products, hair dressing, dancing accessories,  jewellery, crafts and more!

Payment methods: Beautility like to give their customers the choice on how they would like to make their secure payment so we have detailed a full list of payment methods below for you to choose from. You will have the following options below to choose from in the checkout. 

Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to Beautility.  Cheques take 4 - 7 working days to clear. Cheques must be cleared before goods are despatched and will be delivered within the normal time frame from clearing - see shipping table on shipping page

Payment over the phone: Please ensure that you have your Debit or Credit card with you when making payment over the phone.  Goods are despatched within the normal time frame

Paypal: You will be asked to log in to your paypal account to procced with payment.

Returns: Here at Beautility, we endevour to meet your customer requirments as best as we can, we source excellent quality products to ensure we can deliver you the best items possible.  In the event that you are not completley satisfied we will of course make every effort to resolve this.

Damage: In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit then please where possible sign for goods 'damaged'. If the goods have been signed for 'received in good condition' we will therefore not be able to replace your item.

Just not satisfied: No problem. Just simply call us within 14 days of receiving your order, un-used, in the condition it was sent to you, original packaging and lables along with your proof of purchase and we'll do the rest.  Please note that if you were charged an initial delivery then this will not be refunded.  Only the cost of the case.  Your return will then be throughly checked and if the case comes back to us used, with no proof of purchase, not in the original packaging it was sent in, no refund or exchange will take place. The customer is responsible for all incured shipping costs.

Exchanges: In the event you wish to exchange your item for another, ensure the cases is un-used, in the condition it was sent to you, original packaging and lables along with your proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all incured shipping costs when exhanging merchandise.

Warranty: We offer a full refund on any item that does not meet the manufactures standards within 30 days.
